Lean Agilist - Agilist, Sr

Role Summary Provides experienced consultation, coaching and hands-on application for SAFe / Lean-Agile / LPM practices across the ORIS Agile Release Train and Value Stream Enablement activities.

• →Demonstrate superior knowledge, competency, and in-depth field experience in adopting Agile across an enterprise.
• →Provide experienced consultation for the large-scale implementation of agile practices including but not limited to SAFe.
• →Coach teams on PI Planning, backlog refinement, Inspect & Adapt, and dependency management
• →Support Value Stream Enablement governance and intake prioritization priorities and help maintain ART stability while flexing capacity for surge demands
• →Facilitate continuous improvement of the operating model
• →Mentor Scrum Masters and team members on Lean-Agile practices

• Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
• Minimum 7 years leading Agile and SAFe implementations in medium to large organizations

• Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology environments, particularly within the Federal HER or within VHA
• LPM or Agile Certifications are highly recommended
• Strong facilitation and change-management skills (Prosci Certification)
