The Provider Recruitment Coordinator serves as the primary point of coordination for provider site visits across our markets. This role ensures a smooth, professional, and well‑supported experience for physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical partners during their time on site. The liaison manages visit logistics, facilitates communication between providers and clinical departments, and supports initiatives that strengthen provider engagement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Plans, schedules, and executes provider site visits, including agenda creation, routing, and coordination with clinical and administrative teams.
- →Serves as the primary point of contact for providers before, during, and after visits, ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication.
- →Prepares visit materials, orientation packets, schedules, and documentation; ensure all required resources are available.
- →Greets providers, escort them through clinical departments, facilitate introductions, and address real‑time needs or questions.
- →Partners with nursing, medical staff services, operations, HR, and leadership to ensure a seamless provider experience.
- →Identifies and escalates provider concerns, workflow barriers, or operational issues to appropriate leaders.
- →Maintains accurate records of visits, feedback, and follow‑up actions; support reporting for leadership.
- →Fosters positive, professional relationships with providers to support engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

- 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, customer service, or administrative coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clinical and non‑clinical teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Proficiency with scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and workflow tools.
