Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Maintain a calendar of state reporting requirements inclusive of all assigned campuses, as well as orderly and current records of all state regulatory documents and correspondence.
- →Partner with compliance teams to conduct regular audits of all assigned campuses in the College.
- →Promote a positive culture of support and compliance to all constituents of the College.
- →Assist with tracking and submission of applicable state regulatory requirements.
- →Review and analyze state regulatory agencies policies and regulations.
- →Collaborate with campus leadership on timely and accurate reporting to state higher education regulatory bodies.
- →Support coordination, tracking, and development of licensing and compliance projects.
- →Leverage the student information system and other internal systems to ensure accuracy of data.
- →Conduct research on state higher education board regulatory requirements.
- →Maintain compliance with other areas assigned such as IPEDS reporting, catalog publication and updates, Annual Security report, and review of marketing materials.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent skills and education is required preferably in a related business discipline such as finance, criminal justice, legal, etc.
- Ability to independently research data and complete requirements.
- Possess a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Self-starter demonstrating thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- High sensitivity to the confidential nature of the work.
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Regulatory or accreditation experience, preferably in a higher education, regulatory or licensing board setting
- Previous experience working for a college or university
