Reporting to the VP – Engineering Services, Major Projects, the Administrator – Engineering Services provides administrative and coordination support to the Engineering and Commercial teams and project stakeholders. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, coordinating meetings and project documentation, maintaining records, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with project administration activities. The Administrator – Engineering Services plays a key role in ensuring information is organized, accurate, and readily available to support the successful execution of major projects.

Responsibilities
~1 min read• Demonstrate effective safety leadership by supporting BW Gold's safety standards, procedures, and systems.• Provide administrative support to the Engineering and Commercial teams.• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items.• Maintain project records, files, and documentation in accordance with established document control processes.• Assist with the preparation, formatting, and distribution of reports, presentations, correspondence, and project deliverables.• Coordinate travel, accommodations, and meeting logistics for team members as required.• Assist with purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and expense administration.• Monitor and follow up on action items, deliverables, and deadlines.• Provide general office administration support and contribute to the efficient operation of the Toronto office.
Requirements
~1 min read• Diploma, certificate, or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, Project Administration, or a related field.• 3 to 5 years of administrative experience supporting engineering, construction, mining, or project-based teams.• Experience coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and maintaining records.• Experience working in a professional office environment supporting multiple stakeholders.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.• Experience with document management systems is considered an asset.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
