About the Role

~1 min read- GMC-registered GP with a licence to practise and a strong general practice background.
- Additional training or qualification in women's hormone health (e.g. menopause and HRT management).
- Experience caring for women over 40, with a focus on highly empathetic and responsive care
- Confident prescribing hormonal medications. Some experience of GLP1 prescribing is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of cardiometabolic health and inflammation alongside hormones, and comfortable treating the whole person rather than a single symptom.
- Deeply empathetic — you take pride in listening carefully and building trust with every patient.
- Genuinely open-minded about supplements as part of a full women's health protocol.
- Creative and entrepreneurial: you have your own views on how women's health can be advanced, believe the current system isn't good enough, and want to help create something better.
- Ambitious: this role gives you a chance to be part of a new service in global women’s health, where if you want to progress and take a lead role the sky is the limit.
