This position follows a hybrid work model based at our London, KY Office.
Responsibilities
~1 min readThe Dialer Administrator is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of outbound dialing technologies that support customer engagement, collections, servicing, and sales strategies.
This role serves as the technical expert for dialer platforms and partners closely with strategy, operations, workforce management, compliance, and technology teams to translate business objectives into scalable dialing solutions.The Dialer Administrator will design and maintain campaigns, routing logic, integrations, and automation capabilities while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements.
- →Responsible for administering and optimizing outbound dialer platforms, including campaign setup, dialing strategies, and system configurations.
- →Translates business requirements into effective campaign designs that drive customer engagement and performance outcomes.
- → Manages data integrations, validates files, and ensures accurate data flow between systems.
- →Ensures full compliance with TCPA, FDCPA, and related regulations by maintaining controls such as consent management, calling windows, and Do Not Call processes.
- → Monitors platform performance, troubleshoots issues, and supports operational continuity, including after-hours incidents.
- →Analyzes campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities, develop reporting, and provide strategic recommendations.
- →Supports testing, change management, and documentation for system enhancements and production updates.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting outbound dialer platforms.
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
- NICE CXone
- NICE SmartReach
- LiveVox
- Alvaria
- Aspect
- Genesys Cloud
- Five9
- Experience configuring outbound campaigns and dialing strategies.
- Strong understanding of predictive, progressive, and preview dialing methodologies.
- Experience troubleshooting production systems and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale collections, servicing, or sales environments.
- Experience with SQL and database queries.
- Experience with APIs and system integrations.
- Knowledge of workforce management concepts and staffing impacts.
- Experience with cloud contact center technologies.
- Understanding of customer engagement strategy and journey design.
- Experience supporting omni-channel environments.
This position follows a hybrid work model based at our London, KY Office.
The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position. The actual base hourly offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
