The Financial Services Representative (FSR) is a remote, call center-based role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing financial solutions such as payday loans and lines of credit.

The FSR supports customers through the full loan lifecycle, including applications, account management, and collections—while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. As the first point of contact, the FSR must demonstrate strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, metricdriven environment. This role directly contributes to business growth and customer retention by providing personalized, solution-focused support.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field is an asset) • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or financial sales • At least 6 months of experience in collections or repayment negotiations • Leadership or supervisory experience (minimum 6 months), preferably in lending or banking • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong understanding of lending products, policies, and regulatory frameworks • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the provincial average.  The actual base hourly offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including, but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
