Journeyman Plumber

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Baldwin Cooling, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated plumbing team. Journeyman Plumbers are paid on a commission basis.

  Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues 

• →

  Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues 

• →

  Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues 

• →

  Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers 

• →

  Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures 

• →

  Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations 

• →

  Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand plumbing concerns and solutions 

• →

  Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction 

• →

  Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed 

• →

  Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems 

• →

  Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures 

• →

  Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company 

• 1-5 Years Plumbing experience preferred 

• Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship 

• Current plumbing certification as required by state 

• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues 

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• Daphne, AL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Service Plumbing: 4 years (Required) 

License/Certification:
