• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE(Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing).  
• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). 
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, model-driven apps, and security roles. 
• Development skills: C#, JavaScript, .NET, SQL. 
• Familiarity with Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions) is a plus. 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate or Developer Associate.

  Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (e.g., entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules).

  Develop plugins, custom workflows, and Power Automate flows to automate processes.

  Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, ERP) 

• →Write and debug code using C#, JavaScript, and .NET for Dynamics 365 CE extensions.  
• →Design and maintain Dynamics 365 portals (Power Pages) when required. 
• →Implement REST/OData APIs for data exchange.  
• →Provide end-user training and create technical documentation. 
• →Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.  
• →Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and licensing policies.  
• →Recommend improvements for scalability and usability.  
• →Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions on time.
