Intelligence Planner - Senior (Stakeholder Collaboration & Cross-Program Analysis)

BLUEHAWK is seeking a Senior Intelligence Planner to integrate Defense and National intelligence capabilities into operational planning and to lead stakeholder collaboration and cross-program analysis of Intelligence Mission Data requirements. The position supports DoD, IC, acquisition, warfighter, and allied-partner planning, production, costing, and technical engagement activities.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Integrate Defense and National intelligence capabilities, including collection, analysis, and targeting, into operational planning efforts across DoD.
- →Conduct stakeholder outreach, coordination, and collaboration with DoD, IC, acquisition, warfighter, and allied partners concerning IMD requirements and gaps.
- →Support and brief IMD Week, the Allied IMD Steering Group, the IMD Standing Working Group, and other technical engagement forums.
- →Facilitate the development, collection, and distribution of U.S. and allied IMD production plans.
- →Conduct cross-program analysis of IMD requirements and gaps and support IMD availability, architecture, data-format, compatibility, standards, dissemination, and data-management assessments.
- →Perform cost estimation and advanced quantitative analysis of IMD production gaps using DoD Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation guidance and approved methodologies.
Requirements
~1 min read- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- At least 14 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category, with recent experience within the last 8 years.
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited institution.
- Comprehensive mission knowledge and demonstrated completion of developmental training and experience for the labor category.
- Ability to structure analysis from incomplete, indirect, complex, or technically advanced information and from multiple analytic perspectives.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate across the IC, drive collection, support information sharing, and resolve analytic disputes.
- Ability to lead teams researching complex problems, guide the selection and application of analytic methodologies, and challenge differing perspectives using validated tradecraft.
- Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive defense intelligence products and brief senior stakeholders.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience supporting DIA, an Intelligence Production Center, Defense acquisition programs, or the broader Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
- Familiarity with Intelligence Mission Data, LMDPs, VISRs, mission-data supportability, modeling and simulation, electronic warfare, or technical threat analysis.
- Experience coordinating across DoD, the IC, acquisition offices, military services, and allied mission partners.
- Experience with cost estimation, quantitative financial analysis, CAPE guidance, steering groups, working groups, or cross-program requirements analysis.
