  Learn to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations for residential and light-commercial HVAC systems

• →

  Work with air conditioners, furnaces, packaged units, ductwork, thermostats, zoning systems, filters, and wiring

• →

  Safely use tools, gauges, and equipment necessary to complete tasks

• →

  Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with tools/parts

• →

  Deliver excellent customer service and represent Boothe’s with professionalism

• →

  Follow safety protocols and all local/national codes

• →

  Grow your skills every day through shadowing, training, and hands-on experience

• License: Apprentice license required (must have by start date)

• Certification: EPA Certification preferred (we can help you get it)

• Mindset: Willingness to learn, mechanical aptitude, and strong work ethic

• Physical Ability: Able to climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, and work in attics, crawl spaces, or rooftops

• Soft Skills: Positive attitude, customer service focus, attention to detail

• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen
