As a Host, you'll play an important role in creating the exceptional Guest experience Boston Pizza is known for by:

• →Greeting every Guest with a warm, friendly, and welcoming attitude
• →Managing the Guest waitlist and seating Guests efficiently
• →Answering phone calls and assisting with takeout orders when required
• →Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the entrance, lobby, and Host stand
• →Communicating effectively with Servers and Managers to ensure smooth Guest flow
• →Anticipating Guest needs and providing accurate wait times
• →Assisting with Guest inquiries and creating positive first and last impressions
• →Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive workplace culture
• →Helping create an outstanding experience for every Guest
