We are seeking an eCommerce Merchandising Speciliast II who will be responsible for shaping a high-performing, customer-centric on-site experience with a strong focus on mobile commerce. This role blends hands-on site merchandising, UX optimization, and data-driven decision-making to drive conversion, engagement, and revenue. Partnering closely with design, development, marketing, SEO, and analytics teams, the role leads homepage strategy, category merchandising, and experimentation efforts to continuously improve site performance and deliver seamless, compelling digital experiences.
- Influence merchandising strategy for the website, with a strong focus on the mobile customer experience.
- Collaborate with Web Designer and Site Developers to refine site layout, content placement, and navigational flows.
- Identify opportunities to improve mobile UX. Build business cases to prioritize and secure buy-in for personalization and UX opportunities.
- Plan and execute updates to Bradford homepage based on seasonality, selling trends, and promotional calendar.
- Work closely with Copywriter and Web Designer to execute visually appealing and effective homepage designs. Report on homepage performance to leadership.
- Handle merchandising of select categories to ensure seamless product discovery. Collaborate with marketing channel partners to build site experiences aligned with advertising campaigns
- Partner with SEO team to ensure site navigation and taxonomy adheres to best practices.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly site performance metrics, including conversion rate, bounce rate, add to cart rate, revenue per session, customer journey and on site behavior. Present and share findings with leadership.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, and internal reporting dashboards to uncover insights and translate findings into actionable improvements for site merchandising and content strategy.
- Work closely with internal analytics team to identify reporting gaps and improvements.
- Build data-backed merchandising strategies and recommend enhancements to improve KPIs.
- Develop hypotheses for testing and partner with cross-functional teams to execute A/B tests and measure results.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts or Business.
- →3+ years of experience in site merchandising, e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- →Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable merchandising decisions.
- →Demonstrated experience optimizing mobile commerce experiences.
- →Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- →Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- →Excellent communication skills and comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
