Requirements

Requirements

- Required: Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
- Preferred: Minimum one (1) year experience as a social worker in a hospice setting
- Required: Minimum one (1) year experience as a social worker in a healthcare setting; long term care or medical surgical/acute care setting preferred
