Early Elementary School Teacher

We are currently seeking an Early Elementary Teacher who has a passion for learning and is dedicated to leading and supporting the ongoing development of students for the 2026-2027 school year. We’re looking for an amazing VPK Teacher who is passionate about helping children build the skills and confidence they need to be ready for Kindergarten!

• →An Elementary Teacher will accept the philosophy of Cadence Education and work as part of the teaching team to encourage a positive learning environment for all students within the center
• →Develop lesson plans that provide everything needed to build a strong foundation for students
• →Provide social interaction and developmentally appropriate skill-based activities to help students thrive this year and well into the future
• →Encourage and model positive social behavior and expectations
• →Maintain a clean, safe academically appropriate environment that provides a space for students to excel
• →Adhere to enhanced safety measures
• →Communicate regularly with parents
• →Collaborate with other passionate teachers and leaders to implement an engaging, challenging and yet, developmentally appropriate curriculum

• Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree preferred
• High level of flexibility and willingness to adapt to change
• Ability to adhere to a consistent 5 day a week schedule
• Demonstrated professionalism and classroom management skills
• Previous experience as an Elementary teacher preferred
