- →Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
- →Ability to work effectively with minimal direct supervision
- →High level of discretion with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- →Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- →Reliable and consistent attendance within designated client service hours
- →Commitment to delivering responsive, high-quality service to internal and external clients
- →Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with all stakeholders
Nice to Have
~3 min read- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency - highly valued for communicating with claimants, employers, or vendors.
- Experience supporting municipal accounts is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Prior experience in a claims or medical

Compensation & Compliance
The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
CCMSI offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Paid time off accrues throughout the year in accordance with company policy, with paid holidays and eligibility for retirement programs in accordance with plan documents.
