The Associate Director, Operations - Contracted Services is responsible for the administrative and operation development and coordination of Central Health's contracted healthcare-related services. This role is responsible for providing leadership in the development and implementation of contracted healthcare-related programs and initiatives, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additional key responsibilities include program design and sustainment of high-quality contracted patient services, standardized processes, increased operational efficiencies, and financial oversight of contracted services.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations - Contracted Services and Reimbursement, the Associate Director, Operations will provide direct oversight and guidance to an assigned team, ensuring effective coordination and execution of contracted services and initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities

- Leads planning processes for new contracted services development and expansion.
- Lead, supervise, and develop program management staff or other assigned roles, providing guidance and direction to foster individual and team performance.
- Develops, implements, and monitors reporting and tracking systems that aid in the evaluation and design of ongoing programs and contracted services. Will be responsible for developing action plans to meet assigned quality metrics and KPI’s.
- Prepares monthly and annual evaluations for leadership team’s review including identified opportunities to improve services and programs.
- Collaborates with appropriate department leadership to develop and improve operational coordination with Central
- Health’s contracted providers and Central Health’s direct care clinic teams, identifying and mitigating risks to Central Health and patients.
- Supports the Senior Director of Operations by providing leadership in the development and implementation of innovative programs/initiatives to address and improve the health status of patients served and to use resources to increase access, improve quality, and maintain or reduce cost.
- Supports and participates in strategic business initiatives and plans for areas of responsibility and develops goals, objectives, and financial projections to ensure successful implementation.
- Works in partnership with and the Finance and Reimbursement Teams to monitor efficiency and effectiveness of claims and invoice processing and payment; coordinates with affiliates and partners organizations/providers as necessary.
- Serves as a subject matter expert in navigating patients through Central Health’s network of contracted providers.
- Performs any other duties as needed to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of this organization.
- Knowledge and ability to manage contractual relationships specific to healthcare-related services.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the Senior Leadership Team and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges expeditiously, economically, professionally and with minimum disruption to the organization.
- Ability to build and lead high performing teams; must be able to provide clear and accurate direction and guidance.
- Excellent skills in developing response plans and making decisions based on professional expertise and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize and schedule work in an efficient and productive manner, focusing on key priorities and meeting deadlines.

- Excellent skills analyzing data, including utilization of mathmatical functions to conduct financial and budget analyses.

Minimum Experience Required:
- 6 years Progressive leadership experience Required And
- 5 years Management experience in the healthcare industry Required And
- 5 years Working with contracts or grants
