The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Consultant role at Seneca Insurance is to assist the company with identification, creation, project management, training and adoption of artificial intelligence solutions that improve business performance across underwriting, claims, operations, finance and risk management functions within the company. This is a partnership role with business units and technology teams to create foundational skills and business case tools and proficiencies required to define AI opportunities and project management practices that support and promote responsible AI adoption and utilization.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Identify and assess AI opportunities with key business stakeholders
- →Translate business challenges into structured AI use cases
- →Support implementation of AI-enabled tools and workflows
- →Partner with data, technology, legal, compliance, and security teams
- →Monitor AI solutions to establish metrics to drive analysis of results and effects
- →Develop training materials, processes / procedures documentation, and adoption materials
- →Help ensure responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI tools & solutions
- →Experience in consulting, business analysis, digital transformation, or technology delivery
- →Understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, and enterprise tools
- →Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills
- →Insurance industry experience preferred
- →Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- →Will abide by departmental policies and procedures, including authority levels, to comply with C&F's risk management controls

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $76,600.00 to a maximum of $112,300.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
