At Change Grow Live, we're looking for a Part Time Administrator to join our Criminal Justice Team in Croydon. This is an administrator role with a specialism in the criminal justice team, and therefore tasks and responsibilities will vary to a traditional admin role It's an opportunity to become part of a service that helps people build greater stability, improve wellbeing and create positive change in their lives.

Working at the heart of a busy, multi-agency environment, you'll help ensure information is where it needs to be, people remain connected and services continue to run smoothly. Your work will create the foundations that allow others to deliver life-changing support every day.

• Processing referrals from a variety of different professionals including probation officers, court staff, police, prisons etc and managing several inboxes.
• Completion of trackers integrated into CRiiS to track clients treatment
• Liaising with prison and court teams to request and share updates or information
• Completion of data matching exercises with prisons alongside team leader.
• Participation in completion of internal and external data audits alongside team leader
• Support in completion of group case records.
• Support recovery coordinators by scheduling appointments and updating case records.
