At Change Grow Live, our values — be open, be compassionate, be bold — shape everything we do. Every day, our teams help people change the direction of their lives, grow as individuals and live life to its full potential.
We Thrive by recruiting for success, recognising and rewarding effort. We are safe, healthy, agile and flexible in how we work.
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Hospital In-Reach Recovery Coordinator to join our Coventry Service.
You’ll provide a vital link between the hospital and our community-based drug and alcohol services — offering specialist advice, assessment, and support to people admitted with alcohol or drug-related issues. You’ll work collaboratively with hospital teams to ensure people receive the right care at the right time, supporting smooth discharge pathways and reducing substance-related hospital admissions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in substance misuse or health-related services who’s ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll be part of a caring organisation that believes in people — and in your potential to make a lasting difference.
Together as a team, we are learning, developing, growing, and identifying future talent and leaders to deliver our mission.
