We have a vacancy for an Intervention Worker.

• Supporting service users in accessing treatment through personalised triage assessments.
• Delivering brief and psychosocial interventions, whether individually or in groups, for those using alcohol and non-opiate substances.
• Documenting interventions accurately and promptly to ensure a seamless treatment process.
• Promoting involvement from carers, service users, and the community to create a collaborative support network.
• Supporting social reintegration and recovery, promoting resilience and self-determination.
• Facilitating access to mutual aid and supporting interventions for overall wellbeing.

 

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who:

• Has a solid understanding of substance misuse issues and has experience in this or a related field
• Commitment to collaborative working and building partnerships.
• Strong time management and initiative-taking abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and fostering effective relationships.
• Dedication to embracing and promoting our values and vision.
