• →Significant leadership experience within substance misuse, health, social care, community or related services
• →Strong people leadership and team management experience
• →Experience managing performance and delivering measurable outcomes
• →Experience working with commissioners and senior stakeholders
• →Strong communication and influencing skills
• →Experience managing budgets and resources
• →Confidence using data and insight to improve performance
• →Passion for improving outcomes for individuals and communities

 

• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional support and outcomes
• Create an ambitious, positive and recovery-focused culture
• Drive performance against KPIs, contracts and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with commissioners, healthcare providers and strategic partners
• Use insight, data and evidence to shape service improvements
• Lead governance, safeguarding, quality and risk management processes
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Identify opportunities for innovation, growth and community impact
• Develop services that respond to local needs and make a real difference

• Supporting people to thrive and grow• Connecting and learning across teams• Using evidence and insight to improve outcomes
