Quality and governance should do more than demonstrate compliance. Done well, it drives learning, strengthens practice and improves the experience and safety of people using our services.

We’re looking for a Quality and Governance Coordinator to join our Camden service and help us keep quality, learning and continuous improvement at the centre of how we work.

Working closely with our Quality and Governance Lead and Service Managers, you’ll bring together information, insight and action — helping us understand what is working, where we can improve and what needs to change.

This is a role with real reach across the service.

You’ll coordinate Treatment and Care Review panels, support investigations into patient safety incidents and contribute to high-quality reports for internal and external audiences.

You’ll help turn learning into action. Whether that comes from an incident, an audit, a Serious Case Review, an independent investigation or frontline practice, you’ll make sure important learning doesn’t sit in a report — it becomes part of how we work.

You’ll also support quality improvement plans, develop and undertake targeted audits, identify emerging risks and use data to help teams understand performance and strengthen service delivery.

Above all, you’ll build relationships. You’ll work alongside operational teams, managers and partners, creating constructive conversations around quality and helping colleagues feel confident about improving practice.

Working in Camden and for the Camden CGL (Change Grow Live) service is both rewarding and diverse. Camden is a vibrant borough with a rich mix of cultures, communities, and experiences, creating opportunities to support people from all walks of life. At Camden CGL, there is a strong focus on compassion, recovery, and person-centred care, with teams working collaboratively to help individuals affected by drug and alcohol issues achieve positive outcomes. The service offers a supportive and inclusive working environment where staff are encouraged to make a meaningful difference to the lives of local residents every day.
