We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Recovery Coordinator to join our team, supporting individuals affected by substance misuse on their recovery journey within our Alcohol teams.

This rewarding role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, promote positive change, and make a genuine difference to the lives of individuals, families, and communities.

As part of a supportive and experienced team, you will work with individuals to identify their strengths, aspirations, and recovery goals, helping them access the support they need to improve their health, wellbeing, and independence.

This is a rewarding role for someone who is compassionate, motivated, and committed to helping people overcome barriers and reach their full potential. Through building trusted relationships and promoting recovery-focused interventions, you will play a key role in supporting individuals, families, and communities to thrive.

About the Role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate, non-judgemental, and person-centred approach.
The ability to build trust and positive relationships with a diverse range of people.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
A current full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
Experience in health, social care, mental health, criminal justice, substance misuse services, or a related field is desirable.
A relevant professional qualification is desirable; however, equivalent experience and a passion for supporting people to achieve positive outcomes will also be considered.
