We’re excited to be recruiting for our  SmokeFree Bromley — and we’re looking for 2 Part Time Smoking Cessation  Advisors  to join us on this journey working every Saturday and 2 other days in the week.

 

This is a unique opportunity to shape a service from the ground up and be part of something transformative. You’ll support people who live. have a GP or go to School in the Borough,  to make meaningful, lasting changes — empowering them to live healthier, smoke-free lives.

Your interventions may be delivered in person or remotely, and can be tailored for individuals or delivered in group settings, depending on need. In everything you do, you’ll bring compassion, energy, and a strong belief in people's ability to change.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  Experienced in a health or social care setting.

• →

  Knowledgeable about the harmful effects of smoking and the treatments available.

• →

  Skilled in behavioural support techniques, including motivational interviewing.

• →

  Committed to delivering person-centred, empowering support.

• →

  Competent in Microsoft Office and comfortable using electronic recording systems.

• →

  A clear communicator with a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
