Young Person Resilience Worker (Youth Hub)

- →Provide a consistent and visible presence within the Youth Hubs, making services accessible and welcoming for young people
- →Act as a Single Point of Contact for professionals, supporting clear communication and coordination across services
- →Support and streamline referral pathways, ensuring timely and effective access to support
- →Offer consultation, guidance, and informal training to professionals around substance use, risk, and engagement
- →Build strong partnerships with Nottingham City services to deliver a joined-up, multi-agency approach
- →Identify gaps, emerging needs, and opportunities to improve service delivery within the hub model
About the Role
~1 min read- Support young people from entry into the service through their treatment and recovery journey
- Deliver screening, assessments, psychosocial interventions, and care planning
- Build trusted relationships and deliver person-centred, evidence-based interventions
- Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns
- Reduce drug- and alcohol-related harm for individuals and the wider community
- Promote positive outcomes in health, wellbeing, and resilience
- Passionate about supporting young people to achieve positive change
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, including Fraser Guidelines and Gillick Competence
- Experience working with young people affected by substance use or related vulnerabilities
- Confident working across multiple agencies and building professional relationships
- Strong communication, organisation, and record-keeping skills
- Able to work proactively, independently, and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising to 30 days with service)
