Responsibilities

- →Progress Monitoring: Track daily production progress in real-time. resolve delays caused by material shortages, equipment failures, or manpower issues.
- →Resource Coordination: Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse departments to ensure material availability (Line-clearing checks). Coordinate internal resources (personnel/equipment) to handle urgent orders or line changes to balance production load.

- →Process Quality Patrol: Conduct daily inspections on the production floor to ensure operators strictly follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Correct non-standard operations that compromise quality.
- →Defect Management: Identify quality risks during the production process, coordinate isolation of non-conforming products, and work with Quality/Engineering teams to implement corrective actions, maintaining a high first-pass yield rate.
- →5S Supervision: Patrol the workshop to ensure implementation of 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). Ensure materials are neatly stacked and aisles are unobstructed.
- →Safety & Standardization: Monitor compliance with safety regulations (PPE usage, equipment safety). Maintain a tidy and orderly production environment to meet the requirements for customer audits and regulatory inspections.
- →Audit Preparation: Act as the primary liaison during customer visits or third-party audits, presenting production data and site conditions, and addressing any on-site queries.
- →Information Flow: Serve as the communication bridge between departments (Production, Quality, Engineering, Logistics). Relay management directives to the shop floor and feedback frontline issues to management.

Requirements
~1 min read- Degree: Associate degree or higher; Major in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields is preferred.
- Foundation: Solid theoretical knowledge in mechanical drafting, production operations management, or quality control.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in production coordination, planning (PMC), or workshop supervision within a manufacturing environment.
- Specific Background: Experience in pressure vessel, heavy machinery, or steel structure manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Practical Skills: Proven track record in handling production bottlenecks (material shortage, equipment failure) and implementing 5S or Safety initiatives.
