About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a detail‑oriented, organized, and intrinsically motivated Corporate History Associate to support our ongoing efforts to preserve, manage, and share the history of our organization. This part‑time, on‑site role is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, enjoys archival processes, and takes genuine satisfaction in steady progress and completed tasks.
- Hours are flexible, provided they are worked between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Flexibility is paired with consistency: this role requires reliable availability to complete up to 20 hours per week and meet weekly production goals on time.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Digitize and archive a minimum of 50 pages of documents per week, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and proper metadata.
- →Digitize and archive a minimum of 10 historical photographs per week, following established archival standards.
- →Add to and maintain the master project list, logging new historical information, materials, and leads as they are received.
- →Use ArchivEra software (training provided) to catalog, organize, and manage digital records.
- →Participate in weekly check‑ins with the supervisor to review progress, align priorities, and plan upcoming work.
Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and follow‑through.
- Comfortable learning and using new software tools, including ArchivEra.
- Highly organized, with the discipline to meet minimum weekly output expectations consistently.
- Interest in corporate history, archives, libraries, museum studies, or historical research (preferred but not required).
