Responsibilities

→Maintain accurate inventory control of all IT hardware assets within secured warehouse locations.
→Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
→Report hardware compliance discrepancies and inventory concerns promptly.
→Manage hardware stock levels and maintain established inventory thresholds.
→Ensure warehouse areas remain organized, secure, and compliant with operational standards.
→Process check-in and check-out activities for new and refurbished PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
→Support annual physical inventory activities.
→Facilitate IT asset disposal and hardware retirement processes.
→Coordinate and perform repairs of PCs and peripherals covered under manufacturer warranty.
→Maintain security and access controls for inventory storage areas.
→Document inventory transactions and asset updates accurately.

Requirements

Previous experience in IT asset management, inventory control, hardware logistics, or a related IT support role.
Understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and asset lifecycle processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT Asset Management platforms.
Prior experience in an IT Analyst, Desktop Support, Asset Management, or Technical Operations environment.
Experience supporting warehouse-based IT inventory operations.

A dependable and detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of inventory accuracy.
Someone comfortable working in both technical and operational environments.
A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
