IT Inventory Analyst

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Maintain accurate inventory control of all IT hardware assets within secured warehouse locations.
- →Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- →Report hardware compliance discrepancies and inventory concerns promptly.
- →Manage hardware stock levels and maintain established inventory thresholds.
- →Ensure warehouse areas remain organized, secure, and compliant with operational standards.
- →Process check-in and check-out activities for new and refurbished PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
- →Support annual physical inventory activities.
- →Facilitate IT asset disposal and hardware retirement processes.
- →Coordinate and perform repairs of PCs and peripherals covered under manufacturer warranty.
- →Maintain security and access controls for inventory storage areas.
- →Document inventory transactions and asset updates accurately.
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous experience in IT asset management, inventory control, hardware logistics, or a related IT support role.
- Understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and asset lifecycle processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT Asset Management platforms.
- Prior experience in an IT Analyst, Desktop Support, Asset Management, or Technical Operations environment.
- Experience supporting warehouse-based IT inventory operations.
- A dependable and detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of inventory accuracy.
- Someone comfortable working in both technical and operational environments.
- A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
