The Marketing Associate supports the content marketing team with the day-to-day execution and coordination of marketing activities across social, email, web, and digital channels.
This is a hands-on, support role focused on helping campaigns run smoothly. It includes assisting with content rollout, maintaining timelines, supporting basic design tasks, and helping manage marketing systems and data.
The role also supports campaign tracking and reporting, including working with tools such as Salesforce and Google Analytics. Working as part of a global team, the Marketing Associate helps ensure marketing activity is delivered accurately and on time.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate content timelines and ensure deliverables are completed across teams (content, creative, digital)
- Assist with publishing and scheduling content across platforms
- Support marketing managers with day-to-day campaign execution
- Support lead attribution and campaign tracking in Salesforce
- Track campaign and content performance using Google Analytics
- Support post-campaign reporting and insights
- Create basic visual assets using Canva (social posts, simple graphics, templates)
- Assist in coordinating projects across the global marketing team
- Track progress of key initiatives and follow up on deliverables
- Support alignment across teams working in different regions and time zones
Requirements

- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or campaign tracking tools
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns across social, email, or web
- Basic design skills (Canva)
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Clear communication and ability to work across global teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
