Landscape, Hardscape Crew Leader

Serve as the onsite leader for various landscape installation projects.

• →Managing the crew: Assigning tasks, providing training, and mentoring crew members.
• →Ensuring quality: Overseeing the work to ensure it meets standards and meets customer expectations.
• →Managing resources: Making sure the crew has the tools and materials they need, and keeping track of materials and time
• →Maintaining the job site: Keeping the job site clean and the equipment trailer organized.
• →Operating equipment: Using standard landscaping construction equipment and operate company trucks/trailers safely.
• →Communicating: Keeping management updated on the project and providing feedback on employee performance.
• →Completing documentation: Complete any necessary documentation

• 5 years’ experience in commercial landscape industry
• 3 years of professional landscape installation experience
• 1-2 years supervisory experience and leadership skills
• Have a chauffeur's license or the ability to get one

• CDL
• Industry Certifications

• The ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions.
• Must be able to work for uninterrupted extended periods of time.
• The ability to lift at least 50 lbs., bend, and squat for extended periods.
