Landscape Equipment Mechanic

• →Use computerized diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot vehicle and equipment issues
• →Perform hands-on repairs: brake pads, tires, hydraulic pumps, mower blades, filters, etc.
• →Complete routine maintenance: oil changes, filter replacements, blade sharpening, etc.
• →Conduct safety inspections of vehicles and 2-cycle equipment at Winter Haven and 5 branch locations
• →Maintain accurate daily records for repairs, receipts, and operating expenses
• →Keep the shop, service truck, and inventory organized and clean
• →Operate skid steers, loaders, and tree lifts (a plus, not required)

• 2-Cycle Equipment: Stihl weed eaters, edgers, blowers, chainsaws
• Lawn Mowers: eXmark & Wright Stander
• Vehicles: Ford, International, Isuzu, Nissan, Dodge
• Loaders: Kubota & John Deere
• Trailers: Lawn trailers and goosenecks
• Hydraulics: Pumps and lines

• Strong diagnostic and technical repair skills
• Experience with a wide range of landscaping and vehicle equipment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions
• Detail-oriented with a clean and safety-focused work style
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
