• →Greet our guests, providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards, taking orders, making quality beverage items to order, handling cash transactions.
• →Provide in a perfectly poured and timely manner all coffee, tea, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages on the menu.
• →Share your knowledge and recommendations of the food & beverage menus to our guests.
• →Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
• →Respond courteously and efficiently to queries and problems from guests, and all staff.
• →Genuine care about beverage standards.
• →Daily stocking and cleaning.
• →Communicate with culinary team regarding meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests.
• →Contribute to positive team environment by recognizing issues, proactively working to resolve them, and communicating them to your restaurant manager.

• At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
• Must possess valid Food Handler’s card upon hire.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand on feet and walk throughout the day.
• Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, squat, push, pull frequently.
