We are seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Front Office Manager to join our management team at Ka'anapali Ali'i located in Lahaina, Hawaii. The Front Office Manager will play a key role in creating exceptional guest & homeowner experiences while leading a high-performing team.

Yearly Annual Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (depending on qualifications)

Responsibilities

The Front Office Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences by planning and developing programs, resolving guest concerns, ensuring high-quality service for arrivals/departures, and communicating property updates. The role will positively affect improvements in acquisition, retention, and loyalty while working cohesively with property department leaders and corporate office as an integral member of the Ka'anapali Ali'i management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in travel industry management or equivalent experience such as 5yrs of hotel/vacation rental experience with 2yrs in supervisory/managerial capacity
  • Previous Hospitality industry experience required
  • Knowledge of AOAO operations highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in hospitality software is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work well with team members
  • A commitment to delivering high-level customer service
  • Availability based on operational demands
