Host/Greeter

Located in Mineral, Virginia, Cutalong at Tributer Resort spans 1,000 acres bordering Lake Anna and is poised to become a premier destination in Virginia. The development plan includes 900 residential entitlements, featuring estate homes and homesites, executive homesites, cottages, villas, townhomes and luxury condominium accommodations. The resort's planned amenities include a spa & wellness center, multiple restaurants, social and conference meeting space and a rich array of resort activities all anchored by the prestigious Cutalong Golf Club.

The Host/Hostess serves as the first and last point of contact for members and guests, creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression. This position manages reservations, coordinates seating flow, and ensures that all members and guests receive attentive, personalized service consistent with the high standards of a private golf club environment.

• →Greet members and guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• →Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• →Escort members and guests to tables and present menus.
• →Communicate seating updates and special requests to servers and management.
• →Maintain an organized and accurate reservation system.
• →Answer phones professionally and assist with dining inquiries.
• →Monitor dining room flow to optimize service and guest experience.
• →Assist with special events, tournaments, and private functions.
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.
• →Thank members and guests as they depart and invite them to return.

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods.
