This position will support the People Services and Accounts Payable functions for Tributer Resort.  The ideal candidate will have some combination of human resources generalist and accounts payable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the property leaders and team members in the areas of human resources, i.e. recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, benefits, etc.
  • Provide HR generalist support to property People Services leaders as requested/needed
  • Support the property with timely and accurate payment of designated accounts, including but not limited to: keying invoices, expense report on a weekly basis; process weekly check runs; review vendor statements and reconcile any disputes, create new vendor accounts, print checks and obtain signatures, etc. 
  • Work with property managers to ensure all bills are received and paid in a prompt manner

Requirements

  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to college degree or any other combination of training or experience that equates to the required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Minimum 3 years in HR Generalist role, preferred and/or 2 years experience in Accounts Payable
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, etc.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS), HRIS (UKG), Craftable, etc. preferred, but must have the ability to learn human resources and payroll related systems
  • Must have excellent team member relations skills
  • Hospitality experience, preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally
