Pool Attendant

Hourly Wage $18.50/hour

• →Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to all pool guests
• →Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, cabanas, and furniture
• →Ensure guests are promptly offered amenities such as cold towels, water, and refreshments
• →Monitor and manage pool towel inventory (distribution and collection)
• →Partner with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Spa teams to ensure seamless service
• →Greet and acknowledge guests by name whenever possible to elevate the experience
• →Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times
• →Assist with ongoing upkeep including cleaning furniture, cushions, and surrounding areas
• →Support special projects and operational needs as directed by leadership

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in Housekeeping, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Regular bending, squatting, and reaching
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions (heat, sun exposure, and humidity)
