Mid-Level Financial Analyst (DOI)

Culmen International is hiring a Mid-level Financial Analyst to 

Provide advanced financial management, reporting, and analytical support.

This is a talent pipeline position for future opportunities.

• →Track agreements, obligations, and funding actions.
• →Support invoice processing and reconciliation.
• →Assist with G-Invoicing and reimbursable agreements.
• →Generate reports from FBMS and related systems.
• →Monitor undelivered orders and funding balances.
• →Maintain financial records and documentation.
• →Financial analysis and trend reporting.
• →UDO and GR/SES reporting.
• →Process improvement recommendations.
• →Financial systems analysis and support.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with federal government and/or systems.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
