Talent Acquisition Specialist - Entry Level

LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE - Washington, DC We are looking for a high-energy, people-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone fresh out of college who is motivated, outgoing, and excited to build a career in recruiting and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate loves talking to people, is comfortable on the phone, learns new systems quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No recruiting experience is required — we are looking for attitude, personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• →Make outbound calls to candidates and build relationships
• →Screen applicants and schedule interviews
• →Learn how to source and identify talent for open positions
• →Maintain accurate candidate records and notes in recruiting systems
• →Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• →Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to support recruiting efforts
• →Help create a positive candidate experience from first contact to hire

• Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• High energy and positive attitude
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Competitive mindset and desire to succeed
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
