Devereux Connecticut is proud to offer residential, day and transitional programs and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our services are designed in partnership with the Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and emphasize person‑centered planning, stability and community integration. As an Assistant Residence Manager at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. We offer:

- Implement the daily operation of the assigned residence and function as shift leader in the absence of the RM.
Assist in the planning and carry out of ISP/IPP Plans.
Maintain mandated CT DDS medication certification and will dispense medication as assigned.
Ensures all required documentation is completed, which includes, but is not limited to, daily logs, MyAvatar, staff communication logs, data collection, bed checks.
Responsible for student / resident clothing and property inventories.
Complete client/house money ledgers as spending occurs in conjunction with the RM
Complete wage spreadsheet and banking as pay checks are received in conjunction with the RM.
Supervise and assist with house meals.
