BCBA Ventura County

Salary: $90,000-97,000/yr

As a BCBA here at Devereux, you will collaborate with others who share your passion to help adults in need in the Ventura County area.    

• A minimum of two years of experience designing and implementing behavior modification intervention services is preferred.
• Must have strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders-2 years minimum 
• Significant experience writing Positive Behavior support plans and conducting FBA’s- 2 years minimum preferred
• Training staff preferred
• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license must be maintained.
