STAIRS is an innovative residential treatment program supporting children and adolescents with autism and intellectual disabilities. As a Behavior Support Specialist, you’ll provide hands-on care, build meaningful relationships, and help individuals reach their goals in a safe, supportive environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GEDrequired(Bachelor’s preferred)  
  • Must be 21+ years old 
  • Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of clean driving record 
  • Ability to administer CPR/First Aid 
  • Ability to implement crisis interventions
