Quality Health Pharmacy (QHP) a division of Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, began Pharmacy Services out of our Texas Center in 1992. Devereux’s Pharmacy Office, which is located in Orlando, Florida, is seeking an experienced PRN Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team. Under the direction of the Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with the team, internally and externally, to deliver excellent pharmacy service focusing on accuracy and customer service.
Our ideal candidate is a great collaborator and can successfully juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
In this role you will:
- Assure that all prescriptions/medications dispensed are appropriate to the ages and populations served;
- Compound and dispense medications by means of standard physical and chemical procedures to fill written medication requests by authorized individuals;
- Ensure compliance with patient care quality standards; assist in the purchase and inventory maintenance of all pharmaceuticals and related substance/supplies;
- Participate in the department’s planning, education and human resource management.
*The hours for availability will be Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
