DMI, LLC is seeking a Depot Associate to support our Depot team. We are the leading provider of mobile enterprise solutions and services and our commitment to excellence in service delivery has resulted in dramatic growth and an expanding client base that includes hundreds of Fortune 1000 commercial companies. The Depot Associate will be a critical member of our team and ensure that the day-to-day shipping operations in our office run efficiently. The ideal candidate will have an interest in shipping and logistics and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• →Support daily depot and warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, and processing inbound shipments
• →Verify shipment accuracy by confirming package counts and identifying discrepancies as needed.
• →Sort, organize, and distribute inventory, equipment, and materials throughout the depot
• →Prepare devices, accessories, and equipment for customer deployment through kitting, packaging, and staging activities.
• →Pack and ship customer orders in accordance with established quality and packaging standards.
• →Verify shipping information, generate shipping labels, and ensure outbound shipments are accurately documented and processed.
• →Assist with inventory control activities, including asset tagging, cycle counts, and inventory audits
• →Support quality assurance checks and perform other depot-related projects and assignments as needed.

• Must have a working knowledge and experience using smartphones and/or tablets.

• High school diploma or the equivalent work experience
