  • Maintain the EPMO master program calendar including meeting cadence, EPLC gate review schedules, reporting deadlines, and sprint ceremony dates across all active workstreams
  • Produce and distribute the weekly EPMO Coordination Summary by close of business every Friday, providing a portfolio-wide snapshot of active assignments, open dependencies, upcoming deadlines, and decisions requiring senior attention
  • Manage the problem statement intake pipeline, tracking each Government request from initial submission through triage, assignment, and resolution; report status in the Monthly Status Report
  • Maintain the EPMO RACI matrix across all active workstreams; review monthly and update within five (5) business days of any ownership or workstream change
  • Track and follow up on all EPMO action items from program meetings, stakeholder sessions, and team stand-ups through closure
  • Maintain and govern the EPMO Knowledge Repository in approved tooling (SharePoint or Confluence), including playbooks, SOPs, lessons learned, and onboarding materials
  • Coordinate cross-stream dependency resolution by facilitating stand-ups and dependency review meetings across all EPMO workstreams
  • Manage onboarding logistics for new EPMO team members including access provisioning, tool orientation, background investigation tracking, and introductions to Government counterparts
  • Coordinate with the Project managers on scheduling, pre-read preparation, and follow-up for Government meetings, briefings, and stakeholder sessions
  • Develop executive dashboards tracking portfolio health, resource utilization, schedule performance, risk exposure, and delivery trends.
  • Support executive governance meetings through preparation of dashboards, briefing materials, and portfolio analytics.
