DMI, LLC is seeking a VoIP Engineer, Mid-Level to join us.

• →Engineers and integrates voice, video, and collaboration capabilities across IT/OT environments.
• →Including lab validation, cutover support, operational testing, transition artifacts, and ORR support.
• →Secure/reliable communications engineering, testing, stabilization, O&M handoff, and ORR support.

• 3-5 years enterprise VoIP/UC or telecom engineering;
• SIP/call routing, dial plans, endpoint provisioning, voice quality fundamentals, troubleshooting across voice/video/collaboration and network/security dependencies,
• Strong documentation/runbook discipline
