• →Complete accurate construction drawings and details
• →Review proposed designs for compliance with applicable codes
• →Complete independent assignments with minimal supervision
• →Fluent in Design Principles for completion of assigned projects
• →Coordinate plans to review and integrate engineering, electrical, and HVAC solutions
• →Coordinate selections with standard plans to generate site-specific drawings ready for permit.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Master of Architecture, a plus
• Residential architecture work or course work experience
• Must be proficient in Revit and MS Office programs; AutoCAD experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage project priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• In lieu of work experience, Master of Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture or Construction Management will be considered
• Be prepared to present a portfolio during the interview process
