The Dunbia Group, Dungannon are looking for a HR Officer to join us and be an integral part of the part of the HR Team. Your remit will be to provide HR generalist support to the business across 3 sites. Your key focus will be to provide support and guidance on a wide range of HR areas including employee welfare, attendance management, performance management employee relations and engagement.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide accurate and timely advice, guidance, support and training on policies, procedures, processes and complex Employee Relations cases
- →Support change management through sound industrial relations practice
- →Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that meet the needs of the business and reflect best practice
- →Support Managers in the areas of performance management, absence management, welfare, investigation, discipline, grievance, etc
- →Promote good employee relations and communication through involvement with employee forums/employee engagement activities eg Health & Wellbeing, Cultural Diversity
- →Involvement in/implementation of HR projects and initiatives to all levels of the business
- →Promote and support the business with compliance against relevant ethical and socially responsible trading requirements
Requirements
~1 min read- At least 2 years, recent, HR Generalist experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment with a focus on ER, absence and performance management, employee welfare
- Strong organisational skills with ability to plan workloads effectively to meet deadlines;
- Sound knowledge of current employment legislation;
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competent in the use of MS Office & HR Systems
