Ed Morse is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team!

• →Manage and Coordinate facility maintenance and minor repairs
• →Minor electrical tasks
• →Minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
• →Minor A/C tasks
• →Painting
• →Some equipment repairs
• →Grounds maintenance
• →Other tasks as assigned by Management

• Must be able to perform physical tasks with some ladder work
• Maintenance experience is preferred
• A positive attitude with excellent communications skills
• Strong work ethic
• Neat Appearance
• Must be able to lift 50 Lbs.
• Must complete a pre-employment background screening that includes a background check and drug screen
• Drivers License is required
