We are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Team, this is a TEMPORARY position!

Responsibilities

→Position will process payroll for two dealerships.
→Prepare, review, and reconcile the dealership's weekly payrolls.
→Process withholdings, deductions, wage garnishments, or other special payroll actions and changes affecting net wages.
→Ensure payroll issues are escalated and resolved.
→Maintain current knowledge of city, state, and federal laws concerning payroll.
→Ability to plan and prioritize tasks and deadlines.
→Work closely with Corporate Payroll Manager with escalated concerns.
→Responsible for onboarding and offboarding process for team members.
→Maintain team member files to include I-9s.
→Maintain & handle leaves of absence, coordinate with onsite leadership and following local and federal laws.
→Responsible for gathering all information regarding Worker Compensation injuries and report to accordingly by submitting all necessary information to insurance provider.

Automotive Human Resource and Payroll experience preferred.
Must have strong interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor.
Experience with ADP, Workforce Now and CDK preferred.
Good communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and adapt to change.
Proficient knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
